- Contact & Transaction Information: When you order via WhatsApp or request license keys, we record your name, WhatsApp number, and assigned license key for warranty and update records.
- Diagnostic & Telemetry Logs: Anonymized runtime logs such as software version, operating system environment (e.g. Windows 10/11), and error stack traces to troubleshoot bugs.
2. Purpose: Internal Research & Quality
Strictly For Our Own Engineering Research
Any telemetry or diagnostic data gathered is strictly used for our own internal development research to benchmark performance, improve CorelDRAW macro speed, and eliminate crashes across different print workstations.

Your intellectual property and client files belong 100% to you. Our tools run locally on your machine and never read, inspect, store, or transmit your artwork files (CDR, AI, PDF, EPS, PNG, or JPG) to external servers.
4. Data Retention & Your Rights
We retain license registration records solely for honoring your lifetime updates and facilitating device reactivations. You may contact us at any time to verify, update, or request the deletion of your contact records.
